Happy Books

Where we live we got a lot of snow and it’s still snowing.There is a condition called Seasonal Affective Disorder that affects people mainly in the winter when there is not as much sunshine. There are lights available to try to counteract this type of depression. Maybe you don’t have SAD but you’re feeling kind of blue and would like to bring a lttle bit of happiness into your life, there are some good books out there that may help. I call them Happy Books and Happy Authors.
