I’m a retired librarian where I specialized in Reader’s Advisory. I also have worked as a teacher and a Waldenbook’s Associate. I’m a mother of four grown children and grandmother of nine. I have a sweet darling shih tzu who is three years old. I am especially interested in the homeless, mental health awareness, diabetes and cancer awareness. I am a pancreatic cancer survivor. I’ve been cancer free for five years. I am an omnivorous reader and will read just about anything.
I have two associate degrees: one in Accounting and one in Early Childhood Education. I also have a certificate of completion to the pilot classes of a paralibrarian degree. But the most effective and productive is the degree I have from the school of hard knocks.
